Friday morning, I can hear the rain on the window. Glad I didn't wash the car.

Arriving at the NCM, the parking lot is full and we are being directed to other hard surfaced lots. Sometime before 10 am it stops raining.

The Unveiling!

The ALL 50 Brick

It was a present from Karen

Happy 1st Birthday ALL 50! 31,157 Miles!

Where it all started!

At 10 am, Dave Hill and Will Cooksey bring out VIN #1 a Blue coupe and VIN #3 a Blue convertible.  The new C6!

Impressive!

I have made arrangements with Becky to meet at 10:15 am to unveil and present the ALL 50 brick. Becky is not available so Stephanie escorts me to location 12 where the brick has been placed. Denny, Chris and Karen are standing, waiting for the unveiling.

I am pleased and excited as to how well the ALL 50 brick looks! It is amongst other 50th anniversary bricks. Area 12 is specifically set up for that intended propose.

To the left of this area is a tribute to Dale Earnhardt

Denny and I attend the presentation by Dave Hill on the new C6.  It hurt when Dave makes the comment that their goal was to make the C5 obsolete! However, all of Dave's comments were comparing the new C6 to the ZO6. I'm now feeling better, realizing that's progress and what makes the ZO6 so impressive!

Karen and I had planned on joining the self guided road tour at 2 pm but missed it. So we decided to take a drive through Historic downtown Bowling Green.

Karen and I have made arrangements to meet Denny and Chris tomorrow and drive to Mammoth Caves.
